Official confirmation of participation for visa purposes

Whilst it is the responsibility of all Valve World Asia Expo & Conference 2024, China, participants themselves to arrange for their visa applications and all documentation regarding travelling to and staying in China for The Valve World Asia Expo & Conference 2024, Valve World Asia can supply an official ‘letter of confirmation of participation’ for visa purposes to certain groups of participants:

Delegates

Have registered and paid for the conference.

Exhibit staff

Have have registered and paid for the stand.

Exhibition Visitors

Have registered to the exhibition.

Delegates who have registered and paid for the conference.

We will not send out confirmation letters without a valid visitor registration.

Please allow up to three weeks for Valve World Asia to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies and / or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate.

All VISA invitation letter will be sent via e-mail; we suggest you print it out on a good quality color printer.

Applications will not be handled after 31 May 20234.

Please Note: Valve World Asia will not intermediate between participants and embassies and/or consulates.
