Whilst it is the responsibility of all Valve World Asia Expo & Conference 2026, China, participants themselves to arrange for their visa applications and all documentation regarding travelling to and staying in China for The Valve World Asia Expo & Conference 2026, Valve World Asia can supply an official ‘letter of confirmation of participation’ for visa purposes to certain groups of participants:

Please allow up to three weeks for Valve World Asia to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies and / or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate. All VISA invitation letter will be sent via e-mail; we suggest you print it out on a good quality color printer.
Applications will not be handled after 25 May 2026.
