How to submit an abstract
Please send your abstract to the conference coordinator Ms. Laura WANG by e-mail at vwasia.conf@kci-world.com. Prospective authors wishing to present a paper should submit an abstract of about 300–400 words before the 19th of December, 2025, and suggest a few topics for the session that it will fit. Mention your name and function, company name and full address details including e-mail address, and the title of the paper. The following selection criteria will apply:
- quality of the content
- focus on application experience
- informative to a wide audience
- affiliation with the conference subject balance
- technical nature, i.e. non-commercial

Ms. Hong WANG (Laura)The deadline for abstracts is the 19th of December, 2025. Presenters will be notified by the 10th of February, 2026 as to whether or not their proposed presentation has been accepted by the Steering Committee. Consequently they will be invited to submit the complete manuscript, which will be published on the“ Valve World” journals or websites.
